Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders may arrive later than expected due to covid-19 delays.

    in the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it.
  • Estimated shipping time frames does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping email to the email address you supplied.
The Shipping email will provide you with information about the order, shipping date and tracking number if you have paid for tracked shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fairyangelzstore@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
